The Amica Insurance Tall Ships® Rhode Island 2007
An international celebration of world-class Tall Ships® and youth training programs, culminating in the most extensive maritime festival ever, spreading across the entire Newport Harbor from June 27-July 1, 2007. Highlighted by the presence of the Tall Ships Fleet and capped by their grand Parade of Sail to sea, it's planned to attract over 250,000 visitors. An International Village, made up of tent-pavilions representing the participating countries, will stand in the heart of Newport to celebrate the global community and to educate and entertain visitors.
